My mystery question is: How does it came that every one sleeps with so much clothes on? Is it if some one is adopt them while sleeping or is it a starfleet regulation? J.

Now I wanna bring up this one:
"Why is Q afraid of Guinan"
This is not a mystery.
Q himself explains why he doesn't feel comfortable around her, some quotes of the Q himself:
"There is far more to her then can be imagined."
He also tells Picard that she's "dangerous".... ( I like her =) )
Before I give a long MA Quote, let me give a short one from their Trivia section about the first episode that Q and Guinan meet. (Q Who) (Next meeting is Deja Q)
"Guinan's pose when first confronting Q is almost exactly the same as the one Whoopi Goldberg's character Celie uses when standing up to her abusive husband in the 1985 movie The Color Purple."
Okay, so maybe it is a mystery but if Q doesn't want to upset her...sleeping super beings and all that ...

Guinan in 2366
Guinan had "some dealings" with Q sometime during the 22nd century (at the time, Guinan apparently went by another name), and Q almost treated her as an equal, although a mutual hatred existed between them. As Q put it: "where she goes, trouble always follows".
When they met again aboard the Enterprise, in 2365, Q immediately stood back when he saw her, backing off as if in fear of being physically attacked. He advised Picard to get Guinan off the ship, and added he would be more than pleased to expedite her departure. In response, Guinan raised her hands, implying she had some sort of ability to defend herself from Q's powers. Picard responded Q was talking about himself rather than about Guinan and refused to do any such thing. Picard and Q continued their conversation and Q claimed that Humanity was not ready for what awaited it. Picard disagreed, to which Guinan added Humans learn to adapt. Q responded by throwing the Enterprise 7,000 light years into uncharted space, where the vessel would be the first to make official first contact with the Borg.
After the encounter, Guinan talked to Picard about how Q had set a series of events in motion. Their contact with the Borg, she claimed, had come long before it should have. When they were ready, it may be possible to establish a relationship with the Borg, but for now Humanity was only raw material to them. In addition, since the Borg were now aware of their existence, they would be coming. Picard responded that Q may have done the right thing for the wrong reasons, as the Federation needed a good kick in their complacency to get it ready for what was ahead. (TNG: "Q Who")
A powerless Q meets Guinan; not a moment he had been looking forward to
Guinan's second encounter with Q while on board the Enterprise came a year later, in 2366. Q was at the time stripped of his powers by the Continuum, and had requested asylum aboard the Enterprise; a request with which Captain Picard had reluctantly complied. When Data informed her that the captain and much of the crew were not yet convinced Q was truly Human, Guinan casually picked up a fork from behind the counter and sharply stabbed Q's hand. When the latter cried out in agony, Guinan concluded: "Seems Human enough to me!" She told Q he was a pitiful excuse for a Human and the only way he was going to survive would be by the charity of others. Q's powers were later restored by the other members of the Continuum. What the species that guinan came from? She once said (Parallels?) that her speacies could see through alternate universes so that must be one capability. Theyre also extremly good listeners so maybe theyre good at putting info together out of almost nothing. And I guess that they must be very good at feeling emotions from the ones they talk to. J.

She's an El-Aurian.
El-Aurians (sometimes known as The Race of Listeners) are a humanoid race from the science fiction television show Star Trek. They were first introduced in the second season of Star Trek: The Next Generation with the character of Guinan. The species was named in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Rivals".
El-Aurians are physically similar to humans, but they can live well over 700 years. El-Aurians also have a variety of racial types, with both dark and light skinned members of the race being shown on various Star Trek movies and television episodes. They are considered a race of listeners and often appear very patient and wise.
It is uncertain whether the El-Aurians have any powers beyond those of normal humanoids. One possible piece of evidence that they do is when Guinan raises a hand threateningly to Q. This threat seems to be taken seriously at the time, though it is also possible that it may have been largely gestural. (see Protections from the Evil Eye)
Some El-Aurians, such as Guinan, visited Earth in the late 19th century, which suggests that they were warp-capable at that time. One unique ability of this species is their ability to discern changes in the timeline.
The El-Aurian homeworld was located in the Delta Quadrant. It was assimilated by the Borg in the mid 23rd century. Very few survived, and those who did were scattered throughout the galaxy. Some of the refugees came to the United Federation of Planets.

I have one: Why can we see the phaser beam from ships and stations then it's almost no particles in space? :)
Because Phaser beams are different from Laser beams! :)

And Laser beams are shown to at least in star wars. I guess its some technical mumbo jumbo that make em visual. But it would be boring if we couldnt see the laser/phaser beams or whatewer on they way to theyre targets. I guess thats why the torpedoes are very visual to. J.
What you see when a laser makes a light beam, is the small particles in the air lighting up. You never see the actual laser. Because of this you can not see a laser beam in space for obvios reasons.
For aiming purpuses the light of the early Starfleet lasers and Star Wars lasers was added artificially whis is why one often reffer to the Star Wars veapon as a light sable.
A phaser however is not really a laser. Its a short for PHASed Energy Rectification and makes a beam of subatomic particles called nadions. Nadions are in this form glowing, which is why we see the beam.

A few thing from sw that needs some explonation: In a new hope Han declares that millenium falcon is the fastest ship in the galaxy and that its has the astounding speed of 1.5 times above lightspeed!!! And still its able to make it between Tatonie and Alderaan in a time of a comersial break! A trip that would take years in that speed. I am still a bit confused of that. Another impresive declaration from mr solo is that it was the ship that made the (cant remember the name) run in only 12 parsek or something like that. I have understand that a run is a smuggler route so its ok but parsek is a distance messure (about 3 light years). so han is saying the the falcon can do a distance in a distance! Is I am the only one that is disturbed over this errors? J.

From what I remember, the "answer" is that the area is so dangerous that a pilot would have to weave his way trough, going very close to the blackholes.
After checking just now, thats about the same answer as you'll find on wikipedia (which might be a minus ;)) ...
I would guess that he's saying that he is able to go trough faster because he takes more risks and therefor has a shorter distance to travel.
On the A New Hope DVD audio commentary, Lucas comments that, in the Star Wars universe, traveling through hyperspace requires careful navigation to avoid stars, planets, asteroids, and other obstacles. Since no long-distance journey can be made in a straight line, the "fastest" ship is the one that can plot the "most direct course", thereby traveling the least distance

But amiral Riker managed to travell at warp 13 ya know hirr hirr... :confused::o J.
That was an imaginary future in the last TNG episode. And it might as well mean they had changed the warp scale, rather than the warp itself! Remember that Warp 10 is not a speed barrier; it cannot be broken like the sound barrier. But we can talk about other ways of traveling.
They did change the warp scale before, TOS had a diffrent scale from TNG. I even belive they said that in an Tng episode.

This one I know the answer to for sure =)
In TOS, the ship is taken over by the half black, half white (or vice versa) guy and Scotty the reports that they have passed Warp 10 (I think he says 13).
Now the Scale in TOS and TNG are not the same ones, they never went faster then warp 10 (tng scale) in that TOS episode.

Travel time across the galaxy (100,000 L.Years) at Warp 9.6 (only example I found) 52 years (....)

Ex. Ship: U.S.S Voyager
Max Warp Speed: warp 9.97
Crossing the galaxy at Warp 9.99 takes 13 Years.
