We hereby welcome Barbara Adams as new 4Father. Former 4Father Alexander Presthus will however continue doing CGI outside the group. :)
Barbara Adams is best described as the world's best known Trekker - from President Clintons Whitewater Trial, and the documentaries Trekkies 1 & 2. She is an honorary member in the Norwegian organization Trekkers Norway for living the ethics of Star Trek, by extensive welfare work in her local Trekker group.
She’s a regular encyclopedia n of Star Trek knowledge, and is in charge of research and contingency. Adams is a professional printer and part of Federation Alliance in Little Rock, Arkansas.
We hereby welcome Christer Helsing as new 4Father. Former Alexander Angeltveit will however continue with his reseach when possible.
Christer Helsing sound like a Vampire slayer and he IS an exceptional efficient problem solver. He’s co-owner of two companies - a statistics company and an advertising company. He’s also the leader of the Sci-Fi and Fantasy organization Section 42. Helsing will be in charge of photo, editing, and electronics.
The 4Fathers also create mattes for other fanbased Star Trek. The poster made today is a simple matte painting (see pic) as a webteaser for our friends of Star Trek: Origins.
Tomorrow we will start working on an advanced matte for Star Trek: Odyssey. Most advanced mattes takes about 2 or 3 weeks to create. This is done until the Gatekeeper script is ready, and then the concentration will be mainly on the Gatekeeper mattes.
4Fathers have created a new poster for our partner The SciFi, Game & Film Convention. This time in Göteborg. And as always a rule the setting is either the town or the facilities, and the actors participating (or their characters).
4Fathers are still tossing and turning to find a comfortable position, and have lately decided that Irene Brustad will take over as new 4Father after Christer Helsing - who has too much work to do privately. We wish him the best though, and hope he'll find the time to join the production sometime in the future.
4Fathers congratulate all gay and lesbian members from Norway with the new Same Sex Marriage Law. This means that the Partnership Law is dead, and that the law is the same for everyone.
4Fathers create the movie poster for the fan based movie "Threads of Destiny", which will be our partners from next summer. Please do not spread this poster around as it's not published yet!
